I engaged with Rock Pools for a refurbishment project of my estate’s pool. James is very knowledgeable and passionate about his area of expertise. Despite some setbacks due to external circumstances, Rock Pools delivered on time and with a quality solution that will serve us for many years to come.
James and his lovely team are very patient and committed, and we’re very happy with the results. Honest communication throughout was second to none, and we built a trustworthy relationship with James flagging issues and providing solutions to assist with our wonky pool. If something can’t be done, James will explain why and offer a better alternative.
I would highly recommend Rock Pools, they’re setting new ethical high standards on the rock!
